Interior: if the process is expected to experience only heat and moisture during heating, an aluminized steel interior would be sufficient. Exterior: this refers to the outside material used to create the industrial convection oven. However, if your application is in an operating environment that will be exposed to corrosive fumes, then it’s highly advised to opt for stainless steel instead, for excellent resistance to corrosion.

It must be reliable all the time to ensure the product functions as desired.


Ductwork: great ductwork allows the adjustment and fine-tuning of air flow and temperature inside the work area. When it comes to materials, they have to go with the interior guidelines of the oven. Overall, it has to be able to facilitate and not hinder proper air flow and temperature uniformity so as not to compromise the quality of the heated product.
